| TED W. SANFORD passed away January 26, 2008 in Trinity, TX. He was born February 7, 1926 in Beaumont, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents Ted and Addie Sanford and grandparents. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Betty A. Sanford; sisters: Patricia Ann Sanford Scalzi and Nancy Clair Sanford Zaccari; 4 nephews and 2 nieces. He was a Naval Veteran who survived the sinking of the USS Liscome Bay and received a Purple Heart, he was a member of the 32nd Degree Mason at Galena Park Lodge, a Shriner, 100 Club and the Sheriffs Association of Texas. He was a fireman for 28 years for the Houston Fire Department Station 1 and then worked for Lubrizol for 15 years. A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 2pm at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. |

Clarence
O. Sharp, Sr. , 69, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, went to be
with the Lord Thursday, April 28, 2011.Clarence retired from the Houston Fire Department as a Senior Captain after 25+ years of service. After retirement, he served as a Fire Specialist with NASA for 15 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. and Edna May Sharp, and beloved brother, Monroe, Clarence is survived by a loving family; his wife, Nancy; daughter, Shari Morris and husband, Glenn; son, Owen Sharp and wife, Felicia; grandchildren, Jennifer, William, and Andy Morris, and Ashlyn and Joshua Sharp; sister-in-law, Geraldine Sharp; brothers-in-law, Mike, Pat, and Dennis McClain, and families; nieces, Michelle Erlich and husband, Greg, and Tammy Ditta and husband, Sam; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Phillip Steven "Hank" Schultz of Angleton, Texas, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2009. Mr. Schultz was a veteran fireman who spent 35 years with the city of Houston, and served as Fire Chief for the city of Lake Jackson, Texas, for five years. He is survived by his former wife and long-time friend, Teresa Schultz; daughter, Crystal Speights and spouse Scotty, granddaughter, Kaylee Speights, son, Duane Schultz, sister, Annette Hand and spouse Claude, brother, Robert Schultz and spouse Alamae, stepson, Mark Schultz, stepdaughter Kelly Crum; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved babies, Sid, Rudy, and Mattie. Funeral services are to be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009, at First Baptist Church of Clute with Pastor Lyndon Pettijohn officiating. Entombment will follow at Restwood Memorial Park. Woodrow W. Stahl, 84, passed away at his Coldspring home on Thursday, November 18, 2004. Woodrow was born and raised in Houston and he attended Reagan High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army stationed in the Philippines during WW II. He retired as a district chief from the Houston Fire Department in 1976 after 37 years of service. He was a former member of St. Stephens Methodist Church of Houston and member of Cade-Rothwell Masonic Lodge # 1151. Woodrow is preceded in death by his parents; his 1st wife and mother to his children, Doris Hambrick Stahl; brothers, A.J., Bryan and Allen Stahl; sisters, Bonnie Rapsch and Mavis Faulkner. Anne
McCormick Sullivan, age 24, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away
Friday, May 31, 2013. She was born December 4, 1988, in Houston, to Jack
and Mary Moore Sullivan. Anne was a truly exceptional young woman. She
graduated from Dulles High School where she was honored as athlete of the
year. At age 17 she decided to become a firefighter and nothing was going
to stop her. Her determination and perseverance to overcome obstacles to
achieve that goal was remarkable. She bravely died in the line of duty
doing what she was meant to do. Anne was fiercely loyal, loving,
compassionate, courageous, trustworthy, funny, stubborn, tenacious, kind,
spiritual, athletic, and a true friend. She will be deeply and forever
missed by the many people whose lives she so positively impacted. She was
the beloved and cherished daughter of Mary Moore Sullivan and Jack
Sullivan. She is also survived by her brothers, William and Thomas; a
sister, Kate; and grandmother, Shirley Moore Perry. Anne's family believes
her memory is best served by establishing a living legacy honoring Anne
and all firefighters by working with the Houston Fire Department to create
the Anne McCormick Sullivan Memorial Scholarship to encourage young women
to enter the noble profession of firefighting. This fund will be
